Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the Centre’s mission and branding.
- Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with staff to promote events, programs, and initiatives.
- Ensure cultural authenticity, inclusivity, and technical compliance in all digital outputs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field (students with strong portfolios may be considered).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for organizations or brands.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
- Part-time role: Approx. 15–20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with remote work options.
- Occasional on-site presence for events and content creation.
